i disagree
1. Devils lake
2. Williston
3.Dickinson
4. Minot
Devils lake is a tuff team to play yea they have there ups and down like all other teams but when they get goin there unstopable.....they only lost to minot in overtime and if every single person in the world was there i can gaurntee it was all on the reffing

devils lake over willliston? Yes they only lost to minot in OT but minot got beat by over 20 by williston.
