Those sound like a tuff run this year. Just don't have it this year or was there sum huge injuries on these teams.

10 days ago I would have said Dickinson as the team struggling the most in the WDA, but they have now won 4 in a row so they appear to be playing better. I would now say Mandan. Mandan being in the lower half of the WDA standings may not be so surprising, but to be winless (0-9 WDA, 0-14 overall) IMO is a surprising.
In the EDC, GF Red River. Their record is not so bad (7-4 EDC, 7-5 overall) but they have been beat soundly by the upper echelon teams in the State. Expectations were likely higher for this team.

I saw Red River play at South...they looked like they had a lot of injuries.

Red River has 3 starters hurt right now, when they get back they will be a tough matchup for anyone, they are long and athletic in the post, they have a very quick point guard and have good perimeter shooters. the only thing I saw that might hurt them is they don't play with any passion.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe they had those injuries when they lost to Wahpeton (1st time), Minot, and West Fargo?

I believe the only of those 3 games where they were at full strength was the Minot game.

Grand Forks Red River losses
- 12/22/14 - lost to Wahpeton by 21 w/o Hansen
- 12/30/14 - lost to Minot by 20 at full strength
- 01/09/15 - lost to West Fargo by 10 w/o Dennis
- 01/20/15 - lost to Fargo Davis by 15, w/o Dennis
Since then, GFRR has had injuries to more than 1 main contributor, thus injuries may be more of a contributing factor as of late (2 losses since). One of the recent losses was to Shanley, who GFRR beat on 12/16/14 by only 1 pt (w/o Hansen), so even without injuries games with Shanley would appear to be close up to this point. Again if someone else was injured in those earlier games that I missed, please correct me. IMO GFRR has been a struggling team so far this year, expectations were likely higher up to this point. However, just because a team may be struggling in December and January does not mean that can't make run later.
