I really don't understand the "Quality of Victory Formula." How are teams that have been beaten by teams below them ranked higher? How are teams with 2-3 more losses more highly ranked?

Out of state games ARE included (to a different amount of points in the formula). Bismarck, for example, played some stiff competition down in Wyoming (so did Century early in the season). So that influences it some...it'll balance out some more as the season continues.

I stopped doing the QVF ranking...so much negativity surrounded it that I didn't feel it was worth continuing.
