Class A has gone from 4-8 minute Quarters to 2-18 minute halfs. Coaches wanted more games, but they couldnt do that, so they added 4 minutes to each game.

What are your guys feelings?

Unfair to record holders of the past. Thats 76 more minutes of ball for a regular season.

i think it will get the reserves more minutes, with more game the teams need to go deeper on the bench.  they cant just use they same 6-7 guys, this year they may have to go down to 8-10 depending on the condition they are in.  coaches will put some kids deeper on the bench in the game to steal minutes so his starters can be ready when they are needed.  even these minutes where the player is maybe told not to dribble, shoot, or really do anything...it will still give him experiance as to how it feels to be on the floor.

well if you're implying that letting kids play at the varsity level that don't belong on the floor is a good thing...you're sorely mistaken. All that would do is bring down the level of play for everyone else...and why would any team want to play kids that aren't good enough? I disagree with the rule and I don't support you're theory
