is there a way to have the page reload every 30 seconds (or some other amount of time)?

i basically just leave the page up and am hitting refresh constantly to update the page. am i overlooking a way to take this strenuous activity out of my daily life, is there something that could be added to the page or should i just struggle it up and deal with it?

 A program such as the one found at http://www.myrefresher.com is probably the best alternative.  It's free and says it contains no spyware or adware.
