The Demons appear to be the season favorites again despite a huge graduation. That's impressive. Great longtime
coaches and some obviously dedicated runners that commit to the sport is appreciated.
I followed what young Jake Leingang did at the NewBalance Nationals (4:20 mile 1:56 4x8 leg)and Nike Team Nationals
this summer (4:18 mile) and he certainly has blossomed into a legidimate talent. BHS also appears
to have enough supporting runners to make them a headache again to other programs.
Still with every season you never know, attitude, injuries, depth, sickness, etc..
BHS deserves some praise for what they've accomplished against
National caliber athletes and teams..Way to go!! from this former Nodak resident that takes pride
in what's been accomplished up there and good luck to everyone else that helps maintain credibility to an often
ovelooked state.

Well I'm glad that you have built up the only team in the state because they are so amazing. It's a good thing that there are no other teams in the state.
......wait, what?
Yes Bismarck is amazing, yes Leingang is amazing, but can we talk about state class A cross and not Bismarck cross?
