why did you get DQed?

i was practically in the middle of the pack, and i'm thinking the third turn of the race i had to jump over the pole or whatever because i got shoved and it just popped out of no where. My left foot when ouside the boundaries, so i'm guess thats what happened.

That's freaking bogus.

If you were forced into the flag and missed it because of that they would not have DQed you!! You had to have done something else...

Maybe he was on that Turtle Mountain team that had 4 runners DQed.

Could have been a numbers mistake. That's the only thing I can think of.

Ken Wells, the kid from Parshall might have a shot this year. Bismarck should be loaded again

Ken Wells got beat pretty good by ManyRibs from New Town, and Bismarck dominated the boys and girls race. Please look at the Valley City Invite topic.

How about Shaffer? He was 10th this year at state and has beaten every non-senior that finished in front of him before

These are the Top 10 coming back in my opinion:
Sether, Century
Shaffer, Williston
Leingang, Bismarck
Humann, Bismarck
Mendee, Red River
Dana Naylor, Shanley/Oak Grove
Todd, Bismarck
Harlow, GFC
Donnelly, Williston
Fisher, GFC

Sether and Shaffer will be the favorites but anyone of these 10 could be there at the end!

That's pretty low to have Harlow, I think.

You have heard correctly. I think that the Bismarck kids and Sether from Century have the advantadge over the EDC kids, because they will have more hill training due to the topography of North Dakota.
