jamestown was defeated 5-2 by fargo south on april 18 in an east region dual called due to rain. jamestown was leading in the final two doubles' matches, winning the first set and having a 1-0 lead in the second set before it was called due to weather.

basically it had the potential to be the best jamestown has done versus south...i think the most matches they had won against the bruins previously was two, so they matched that and were on their way to bettering it. no word yet on if/when they will make up the postponed doubles matches.

the dual between jamestown and grand forks central today (thursday, april 20) was postponed due to rain. a makeup date has not yet been set, but it will probably be at some point in may.

My daugther who is 12 years old is obsessed w/tennis...i think she would be able to play against some of the high schoolers
