North Dakota Preps

I hear there are some coaching changes for the upcoming season? I've heard that Century/St. Mary's/Minot/Jamestown/Williston are all on the hunt for new coaches in the West, and there are some in the East too? Anyone have any info on this?

Central Cass coach hung it up this morning.

Coach Stansbery quit for personal reasons. It sounds like she would still like to assist with the program, just not be the head coach.

Coach Kraft quit so she could spend more time watching Taylor play at college.

Two good programs (GBB - 2nd at state, VB - 5th at state) will be looking for new coaches. I hope they find someone to keep the success going!

Ah ic but Assist with the program? That wouldn't help with a new coach with new ideas. She would have influences as to keep it the way "She" was running it. Not a good idea, move on.

I can see and completely understand Kraft. And good luck to her and her daughter with a great college career.

Central Cass does have from what I have seen a great program with a lot of talent coming up. I would hope they really think about their choices and make a good one.

Shanleys assistant coach last year is now Shanley head coach
South's assistant last year is now south's head coach
North hired Jerry Daly from Northern Cass as their new head coach.

Has anybody heard of anybody who has interviewed or is interested in the job?

hard to say because she has to resign before the job can be opened up. Board meeting tonight so maybe something comes out later today.

So Northern Cass is looking for a new coach as well I'm assuming if Daly went to Fargo North?

I believe Bridgett Stowers will be Central Cass's new Volleyball head coach.

Good, hope she does a good job. Did Central Cass open it up to outside interests? Just wondering. With the program that is there for the years to come I hope they thought about it.

Do you know if they have good interest for the head basketball coach?
