I put a topic a little bit ago and seen someone else had that topic already. So ill post a new topic! Who are the top players from each region or team? I'll ago ahead and say Katie King from Kenmare. She is a great player!

I must admit my volleyball knowledge of teams and players is very limited, but I have to believe that Mikkaela Toenies from Hillsboro is an all-state candidate. She is a powerful hitter. She's only 5'7" or so but she has some serious hops and hits with authority.

Hinsa, I agree. I was at the Thompson/Hillsboro game and got to see her and Sponsler go head-to-head. Whitney is a great pure athlete, but I give the edge to Toenies as a better all-around volleyball player. She broke the school record for aces in a match earlier this year with 12 (in 3 sets), puts up a lot of kills, usually has 15-20 assists and around 10 digs.
I wouldn't call her a standout in any one area, but she doesn't really have a weakness, either.
