Top returning pitchers for region 2?

any thoughts? i know there have been many loses with seniors leaving and i just want to know what team will have a strong pitching rotation next year.

Jace Ingebretson could easily been considered the best pitcher in the region this year and he will return next year. Tyler Ust will also be back next year for MPCG.
