Who are some of the top teams in each section this year? I will throw Casselton out there for Section 3.

Lamoure will be very tough to beat in Section 2. Their "#2" starter, Aaron Stemen, threw 5 perfect innings in their first Section outing against Ellendale last night. He also hit a 2 run bomb.

Casselton's the best team I've seen from the east this year so far. Grafton and Enderlin would be next. This weekend VC has a tourney with Enderlin, LaMoure,Casselton, VC and Edgeley to name few. Should be an awesome tournament to gauge teams.

Who did Casselton bring back this year for Legion that did not play in the High School season?

Rust, Sinner for sure and I think Wilcox. Rust was there best player last year and Sinners' been a solid pitcher for what seems like forever.

Casselton pounded Jamestown B team this morning in VC tourney and int he 4th inning New Rockford/Sheyenne is leading LaMoure 14-5, LaMoure threw Thielges and he had control trouble and got hit hard.

You're right, with those players coming back Casselton has to be the favorite out of their section. What other results you got from the VC tourney?

Beau Sinner had offseason shoulder surgery and hasn't completely recovered from it yet so he may not pitch this year.
