North Dakota Preps

how should this region play out?

Central valley-Hillsboro will have a good team this year along with Thompson and mpcg one of this three will head to state my guess either Thompson or cv-h

Lucas Kelly, Nathan Linstad, and Philip Schanilec provide a good starting staff for Midway-Minto or Minto which ever administration has them named. The best talent on their team last year were inexperienced Freshman and Sophomores. So I wouldn't count them out.

Mayville took a big blow today if its the truth but i heard that ingebretson isnt playing anymore. I was told hes training for hockey instead which would hurt there team a lot!

But seriously, where would a kid from Mayville go for hockey? There is no where even close.

But seriously, where would a kid from Mayville go for hockey? There is no where even close.

The Mayville Ice Dawgs play in the Junior Gold League. Ingebretson was named as a first team all state forward this year.

Ok I have no clue about hockey so what is the Junior Gold League?

It's basically a independent league of ND amateur high school hockey. Currently there are 10 teams. They just got done with their state tourney at Purpur Arena on March 7. There's a catagory on the ND Preps home page. Under Hockey, choose NDAHA. I'm gonna turn you into a hockey fan yet, Indy!

Good luck with that. Its been tried over and over again. Everyone in my family (immediate and 1st cousins) plays hockey except me and my older brother. Still haven't gotten through to me yet. I don't mind watching it and I enjoyed the olympics, but don't think I'll ever be able to call myself a fan.
