Valley City - dont know names since they just came down to B but should have plenty of good players.

Yes but I do not see it happening again. By the end of the season CC should finally have their game together. In this list I see three distinct groups. Right now Lamoure and VC are on top together. CC EMV and FSHP are the middle although Kindred beat FSHP and NC beat NC. I still think those three teams will be the middle of the pack with Kindred and NC being at the bottom.

This region is and will be fun. At this point I feel that for sure 5 teams could win it. Kindred has won a couple early and NC is still a bit young it seems. LLM, CC, EMV, FSHP, and VC are all very solid teams.
LLM has jumped out early. They have VC and FSHP twice yet, go to EMV, CC, NC and Kindred. They have a tough road to go yet. A deep pitching staff will certainly help them be tough on the road as well.
EMV is solid. They don't seem to walk people. The LLM-EMV game in LaMoure was a "close to the end" game and the 1 run was an interesting play to win it. Real close all the way. Dunn 17K's and no hits. Bartholomay threw very well. 7 K's and scattered 6-7 hits. It will be a battle in Enderlin.
CC is solid again. Had a couple uncharacteristic errors in LaMoure last night. They are right there.
FSHP and VC I've only heard about, but knowing personnel and coaches, these are 2 very good teams.
As a Loboe fan, I'm happy about the start. But I do know that a 4-0 start could turn into a 6-4 record pretty fast. That's how tight I think this race will be.

League game for LLM: Zach Stemen 9, Aaron Stemen 10th. For NC: don't remember starter, Noah King 8-10th I believe. Someone please fill in NC pitcher for me.
Non league game for LLM: Devin Piehl 3+ I think, Cole Gentzkow finished. For NC: a nice throwing lefty. Again need help filling in name. NC played very well.

LLM doesn't have it locked up yet. They go to Kindred on Monday 10th. Kindred knocks them off and they stay in hunt. LLM with 2 other tough road games at FSHP and CC. One home game with VC. LLM obviously in driver's seat.
I still say that this tourney is tough to call. The bye is nice. Truly wide open. I'm a Loboe fan and happy with season so far obviously. Single elimination format. One loss done. 2 of three 3 championship is a fun one too.

I don't know a lot about other regions, but in this one, 6 or maybe all 7 teams must believe they can win tourney. I do believe that at least 5 teams should believe they can.
At the moment, I just hope it can be 75 and sunny for tourney.
