5. Campbell- Botno

4. Kallias- Metros

3. Heilman- DLB                           These are the top 5 from section 5

2. Weidler-Velva

1. Bruner-Velva

I would put Mykel Erickson in there at 3 a head of Heilman and Campbell instead of Kallias. Erickson throws harder and has much better pitches. Bottineau has a decent pitching staff that will put them in close contention for the section title.

i'd agree with that, campbell was at the mandan tryout today and didnt throw very hard, decent curve but nothin overpowering....i might put heilman ahead of weidler only because i;ve heard heilman can gun it

Sorry tanner but weidler can throw much harder than heilman. Heilman doesn't really throw a curve. Weidler has nasty stuff.

But like i said before, Weidler has a nasty curve. Heilman doesn't have use one very often. Weidler freezes batters all the time.

yes, Zach Schaefer is a very good pitcher, saw him during the high school season, good fastball, with an excellent curveball, how is he doing during legion so far??

i dont know but bauman and hausaur? (spelling) from beulah are there two best pitchers and they are pretty good.. i dont know about state wide but section 8 wise they are two of the best.. i believe bauman threw a 1 hitter against dickinsons varsity team during high school. dickinsons varsity isnt something to brag about but still there are some good hitters on that team. just throwing those two guys out there

I heard about that. I wasen't sure who the team was but I heard he got shelled, didn't even make it out of the first inning. Dickinson teams have always struggled against him. But then again Dickinson always struggles against pitchers like that.

Yeah when St. Mary's went up to Beulah we struggled against him too and lost.

Hey garrisons 1 thru 6 hitters aint bad and 1 thru 4 is probably one of the better this side of the state.
