Munich is probably the favorite...

New Rockford should be the favorite in their region. Dakota Praire lost a lot and Carrington has some pretty good players in Dusty Lyman and the Bahm brothers who might not play.

Washburn brings a lot back from a team that just missed state last year, but Steele will be good as always with Randall, Gross, Miller, and Six.

Munich will take it this year.

They have been playing at the varsity level since they were 7th or 8th graders....STARTERS...
Trevor Beck is a very athletic infielder, decent on the mound, and has a lot of power with the bat
Trevor Schomer-Ace pitcher very good speed and control. He's one of the better infielders ive watched.
Blake Klein- Catcher with a hard throw down to second, good at digging balls outta the dirt, but has a weak bat at the plate.
Goeser- Very athletic 2nd basemen. quick as heck and can be a good relief pitcher for munich.

These are the 4 that stand out the most to me. I know its only 4 guys, and it takes 9+...but this team THIS year, has what it takes to bring home a state title.

I believe the topic is favorites by each region so lets maybe talk about other teams besides Munich. I agree they have a great chance at taking it all but any other region champ predictions out there, not just state predictions?

I think Washburn will be in the hunt for a championship, as well as Kidder County. I did hear that Steele may not have enough kids for a team after this year. Doesn't seem right.

Kenmare and NSPPB will be much better than last year and Ryan wont be as good as previous years. Region 7 will be between Watford, Kenmare, and NSPPB.
