Technically they never made it passed Watford. Watford beat them 11-1 and 13-3 and lost 3-2 in the regular season to them but they never played Watford in sectionals. Watford City lost to crosby who then lost to Makoti to go to state. And let's not forget that Makoti lost their two best players, A.K.A. their whole team pretty much.

Another thing to add to that would be that BIshop Ryan doesn't have legion baseball. They just play for the Minot Vistas.

why does it matter if a couple of them play for vistas?

I think what he was saying is that one of the reasons Makoti made state in legion this past year was because they didn't have to go through Minot Ryan; like they would have to do during the high school season.

Bishop loses Backes, Allard, Larson, Kallias, Krueger, Himmerick, and more seniors while nsppb only loses Giesen and Kenmare only loses Peterson and TC loses nobody. I dont see how bishop will be good this but we'll just have to see
Bolkan.....for a double bogey?

Like i have said before, Geisen was NSPPB's only half-ways decent pitcher, and Peterson was Kenmare's only half ways decent pitcher. Plus Williston TC has Burnett, but not alot of offensive threats on that team like somebody stated before. This will be an interesting year in Region 7 for baseball. I am going to go with Tradition and a solid mix of underclassmen winning this one, which means i pick Bishop Ryan.

giesen wasn't even nsppb's ace pitcher and he was pitcher for maybe 4 game in the season and threw alittle during regionals last year. He was catcher for most of the season and threw alot of dumb errors. nsppb's ace pitcher last year was caleb karna and hes a senior this year, he can throw any kinda pitch possible, one of the top pitchers in state for class b

Come on now guy. Anyone who watched region 7 baseball knows that Geisen was the best pitcher NSPPB had last year. and Caleb Karna is not one of the top pitchers, he is good yes i will give him that, but he is only good for about 2 innings because after that his control goes to heck and he cannot spot anything after that.
