Beau Sinner will be back for Casselton along with Brandon Rust. Beau's development with his eye will be a key factor though. Sam Schumacher is also a good pitcher that will be returning. Matt Swanson and Mike Rose can pitch well too although neither of them pitched in state last year. Zach Frappier is the only loss to Casselton's pitching staff.

Watkins, Dunn, Holen are a pretty solid top 3.
Holen did get hit hard by Casselton in the championship last year, but he won't get hit that hard too often.
Watkins is a good a #1 as anyone, and Dunn[17] has been dominant at times. If he matures as a 17 needs to, he could be real tough.
The #4 would probably be Stemen [17], who had a great battle with Sinner in the Babe Ruth state championship a couple years ago.
Hample and Gentzkow [both 17] are solid on the mound. Maybe Gentzkow will get some time off behind the plate and take the mound some this year?

Another nice shot for LaMoure to win the section. Would be the 4th straight.

Dunn is a good pitcher. Big lefty with a gun for an arm.

Casselton has a solid staff. A championship staff. Sinner handled LaMoure in the state legion championship for sure.

Watkins, Dunn, Holen, Stemen, Gentzkow, and Hample are a solid group. These six will put together a real solid 4 for sure. Maybe or maybe not as good as Casselton, but they can take a team quite a ways.

Casselton and Lamoure are 2 possibles for a state legion berths.
