Section 2 tournament in Oakes

The two unbeaten teams, Edgeley and Linton play each other at 2:30. #4 Edgeley beat #5 Lisbon and #1 LaMoure to advance while #7 Linton beat #2 Ellendale and #3 Oakes. Linton is on a hit parade scoring 26 runs in its two games.
LaMoure recovered from its first day loss to Edgeley by beating Ellendale in Thursday's matchup. LaMoure had a one run lead going into the 6th when they opened it up in the 6th going on to win 11 to 1.
Lisbon capitalized on walks and errors early in the game against Oakes and added runs late in the game with some consistent hitting.
Edgeley appears to be in the driver's seat having Thursday off to rest and get their pitchers back. Edgeley plays Linton at 2:30 today followed by LaMoure vs. Lisbon at 5:00. The loser of the first game plays the winner of the second at 7:30.
