Anbody got any sleeper teams. Carrington is pretty decent and they just beat a pretty good Lakota team.

I'll throw Central Valley-Hillsboro in there. They are undefeated in Region 2. Most of the pre-season talk was about Hatton-Northwood and Thompson, and rightfully so. But CV-H has shown strong pitching, adequate defense, and just enough timely hitting to win games.

Hatton-Northwood and Thompson will be heard from before it's over, but CV-H has shown they are in the mix for the region crown.

I'll put Washburn/Wilton in the mix. Right now they're 6-2 in region play with a big series against Steele-Dawson yesterday. They finished a delayed game, which they won, and then lost the next two on poor pitching. They may have the #1 seed, I'm not sure. Nobody was talking about them in this region and with only 1 senior they should be a force next year.

Ellendale Legion may surprise this year, they have a lot of kids out and are very experienced. They will be led by Joe Peldo, Centerfielder, leadoff hitter.
We plan and God laughs.

they got some good talent only 2 seniors Josh Simonson seems to be one there best pitchers. People say its lucky they beat Lakota 5-3 but only lost 4-1 the first time they playd do to errors at the end plus 2 home runs Lakota had with big wind behind it but there pretty solid team guess see what happens come tourney time they got to big games this coming week DP an NR harvey monday this last week went 3-0 beating a good Lakota team with oldebock pitching 5-3 midkota 21-2 an 10-0 Central Prairie

I think that they did get lucky. Well see what happens when Carington gets to the Region tourney. I would be suprised if they aren't one of the first teams to go along with Midkota and Harvey. I think that DP and Lakota are far better than Carington.
