How do you think this region will play out and who are the best hitters and pitchers?

Well Hillsboro-Central-Valley just got a new German foreign exchange student, he's pretty good. I've seen him hit, and he's been smacking bombs like it's going outta style. He has been playing baseball in Japan for international tournaments, and his team got 3rd I think? He is a pitcher and middle infielder, look for him to make some noise this year.
