I'm in complete shock. Didn't know him that well but seemed like a nice quiet kid just from playing against him. My prayers go out to the family.

its always terrible to loose someone close to you but when its a friend it almost hurts worse the a grandparent just because the age.  IM with bballer on this one, i never knew the guy but i had a freind pass too,  you just dont believe it until your ata funeral and its the worse feeling ever knowing he/she is your age and at any given time that could be you so you gotta live life with all you got while you got it.  ill be praying and thinking about the kids on that team...

Ross was a great asset to LMM sports and the LaMoure-Litchville-Marion sports also. He will be truly missed as an athlete, but more as a good young man.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and classmates and teammates.

There have naturally been rumors and stories going around already in many fine ND communities about what happened. The tests have shown that no juice was involved in this tragedy.

It would be nice if the many good folks on this site that love sports and competition, etc., could band together to spread the truth and squelch any rumors that are not true. This would be a nice way to respect Ross's memory and his family.

"Juice" is not the word I typed in. Apparently, it gets edited by ND Preps.

                         Thanks

do they know how it happened so people can spread the truth?  did he just lose it going around a corner?

He struck an approach head on. It appears that he might have fallen asleep. That is just, of course, an opinion of what might have happened.
