Game 1   DP 7 Surrey 4

Game 2   Grafton 7  Hope-Finley 0

DP and Grafton looked very solid that should be one heck of a game tomorrow, Surrey had a couple of mistakes that cost them, Hope-Finley struggled in the field and at the plate. When someone knows the other results of the last 2 games please post

Satrom threw a OK game, but the fielding was less than OK, and they had runners in scoring position and couldn't capitalize, you have to give Grafton credit for the victory they played solid D and and stroked the ball very well.

Satrom was nothing special. Grafton scored 7 runs on him...yes his defense wasn't great but he was not throwing overly hard and was putting it right over the middle of the plate.

from what the radio said....there was only 1 or 2 actuall earned runs so he couldnt have done too bad

This is a Grafton team that is without by far their best player in Todd Paulson. Their #3 hitter and catcher who is starting on the Legion team at the sectionals. I believe they are missing their speedy outfielder in Colby Aasand. Can someone help me with that? There is a reason they went undefeated and beat a Munich team twice that had 5 starters from their HS team that took 2nd at state HS tournament. Grafton will be touch to beat. DP is also very sound from having watched them play 3 years ago as 12 year olds. Yeah it was three years ago, but you can tell talent when you see it.

are any of those grafton player going to come back after sectionals? and i honestly thought they(grafton) were the team to beat from what i saw in the first day of the tournament. and playing without their two best players makes it even more impressive.

it will be one game and out tommorow if they have 9 errors again 4 out of 15 runs were earned thats just not what to expect from the defending champ..
