Tanner Lorenz, Seth Nichols
I don't know if I practiced more than anybody, but I sure practiced enough. I still wonder if somebody - somewhere - was practicing more than me.

lorenz can throw around 90 but i dont know if nichols can even hit 80.  the thing that makes nichols good is that he throws strikes and doesnt give up very many walks.
you shouldnt throw stones if you live in a glass house and if you got a glass jaw you should watch your mouth

i have to agree.......ive hit off bata last summer and there was no way his fastball was even 85 , im not saying its not 85 now college coaches do put on a few MPH, but to say his changeup is 85 is just a lie
