krahler didnt give up any earned runs to dp the first game, and he only gave up like 2 the 2nd time, so if u factor that together, its something like a 1.50 era...not to bad if u ask me, he just needs run support

and dont bother mentioning that nichols pitched both times for dp and is supposively one of the top pitchers in the state

Well is he one of the best or isnt he?  You have faced him twice?

DP plays there game, they don't have a senior, they start 2 freshmen and 2 8th graders.  Last year the team started off slow, and when it came to tournemet time they made a run with the same young team.  Going 3-0 in the Enderlin Tournement could be a big confidence boost, I know they didn't play the best 3 teams in the tournement, but going 3-0 is pretty good. This year everyones doing their part.  Thats what they need to do in order to make another run.  I feel that its going to come down to matchups in the regionals, and if Lorenz is at full strengh?  Even if hes at full strength, will harvey hit and field the ball?
if lorenz is at full strength i honestly dont think an oppenent will score more than 2 runs off him...they would be lucky to score 1 off him the way he threw against carrington, and he wasnt throwing 100 percent, but who knows, dp is a great fundemental team so they could beat him

ya but that one run is all the opponent will need if harvey continue to not hit the ball at all

no.....he isnt.....you guys have been closed off to any region but your own. i cannot wait until you get to state and see THE top pitchers in the state

What are you talking about dude? Have ever seen Nichols pitch? Closed off to any region but our own? Midkota plays many non region games, examples Langdon and Hope and the Enderlin tournement.  Dakota Prairie plays in the Enderlin Tournement.  Harvey always plays teams out west like Velva, I don't know if they did this year, but last year they did. We face Bakkum in legion, we faced Holen from Lamoure in legion state, and last year Midkota faced Kjemhus in state high school.  Our region has seen some of the best pitching, including Lorenz who arguably throws hardest in the state.

nichols is a good pitcher..... he throws hard and he throws strikes and his team usually makes the play for him.  i dont think he has much of anything except a fastball and hes not unhitable but he throws it hard enough so that we couldnt hit him.... i would say hes the either second or 3rd best pitcher in the region behind tanner lorenz and maybe olderbach becuz olderbach can throw a good curve.

I saw in the paper these 2 teams played yesterday and Hatton-Northwood won. what does that change percentages to?

And who has Washburn lost to?

As in Harvey varsity playing Class A jv? I bet Velva is waaay out of date. I edited Thompson and Hatton.

Washburn went 0-4 vs. Steele and 3-1 vs. Shiloh.

i like how harveys hitting the ball now and they havent lost at all lately, lakota didnt touch lorenz, or zeien really, this team is getting hot at the right time, while dp is struggling to beat easy teams

Ah, I don't think jv games count in varsity records.

3 out of the last four years the bracketing has been the same.  I know for a fact that region 1 has played region 8

if you read what I said you would see that I said three out of four.  If you don't believe me I have proof

2004

Steele-Dawson played Central Cass(not sure about this could have been No. Cass)

2005

Washburn played No. Cass (know this for sure)

2006

You are right Steele vs. Rolette/Rolla

2007

Region 1 vs Region 8 positive about this one

If you are who I think you are you will know who you played in 2004
