That's impressive.

7 or 5 inning game?

LaMoure was upset at home today by Hope-Page, 3-2. LLM won the first game 1-0.

i hate that.....LLM's coach could have decided to play the bench scrubs and they happened to lose by one.....jeeze i swear some teams want the 2nd game more than the first

I wondered if that happened, especially if they have the region clinched and wanted to give the #3-5 pitchers some more experience before the big tourneys.

there was no subs played in the first or second game, it was their normal starters both games...give credit to fshp they are going on a good little run right now when it counts .....both teams played great defense as well....holen pitched the first game and albertson pitched the second game

LANGDON PUT UP FOUR MORE WINS BETWEEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.  BEATING CAVALIER ON FRIDAY 10 TO NOTHING AND 4 TO 3.  THEN DOWNING NORTH BORDER YESTERDAY 7 TO 6 AND 9 TO 2.  CONGRATS OUT TO TANNER ADAM WHO TORE UP NORTH BORDER FOR A 6 FOR 6 DAY WITH TWO SINGLES, TWO DOUBLES A TRIPLE AND A HOMERUN WITH 8 RBIS AND I THINK 5 RUNS SCORED.  THAT BRINGS THEIR RECORD UP TO 21-4.  THOUGH THEY TIED WITH GRAFTON FOR REGION FOURS TOP SEED AND WILL HAVE A COIN FLIP TOMORROW MORNING TO DECIDE.  I THINK THAT IS RIDICULOUSLY STUPID, TO BASE A COIN FLIP ON THE TOP SEED AFTER ONLY ONE TIEBREAKER OPTION, WHICH IS HEAD TO HEAD RECORD.

True, but to be honest, it works as well as anything else.

I disagree.  The tiebreaker should at least have some relevance to baseball.  Runs scored, runs allowed, run differencial....anything that goes on during the games would be better than a coin flip.

Runs scored/allowed/differential are worse than coin flips. Coaches would be forced to play their best 2 pitchers for every inning possible and the bench at all positions would rarely touch grass. I can't imagine any Coach or Principal wanting the sport affected like that.

Ignoring a coin flip, I'd rather they tiebreak with head-to-head against the 3rd place or last place team and work their way through the standings til they break the tie. That tiebreak goes right/wrong the same as with coin flips, might as well do the coin.
