Kliniske walked 8?  That's real uncharacteristic of him.  He typically has good control.

maybe 3:45, 6:15 and 8:30? should be something like that

KMAV estimates 6 and 8:15 for the last 2 games.

I think this is the address of the KMAV webcast. They're playing country music at the moment. http://webcast.kmavradio.com:8000

If they have a noise curfew, which I doubt, they would have had to wait til tomorrow to finish anyway. Thompson walking in 2 runs in the 5th wasn't anything I expected.

dont think ya gotta worry about a noise curfew...the only guy who lives by the field seems to tihnk revving up his engine and showin off his car is the cool thing.  he has done that every game i have played or watched in Mandan

From listening to the game both pitchers seemed to have some control problems, seemed to me there were a lot of walks in that game.

Thats weak, few years ago we waited out the rain, ground crew worked there butts off got the field playable and we got the games in. I don't think that day of games got done tell like 1 in the morning. Probably shouldn't have a state tournament played where there is a curfew, move it back where it belongs in Jamestown :)

For bragging himself up on this site and being named the 2007 Gatorade player of the year, I have got to say that I was not at all impressed with Lorenz when I watched him yesterday. He can throw hard but has very little control. His step off the mound was pointed in the right direction but then his body would sort of fall to my right his left and I think that was what was causing him to throw wildly. Velva had plenty of opportunitied to get runs in and it was just a matter of time before they unleashed like they did. I was assuming that the pressure of the day maybe got to him and he had a bad outing but according to the folks from Harvey and Velva he has had some control issues all along. All in all, it was a fun game to watch.

i see this tournament becoming very ugly...do they scrap the consolation round in order to get the winner's bracket stuff done?
