ya he's going to Mayville state...

So is Nick Bata whats your point.  That jsut shows the demand for lefty's you dont have to be great just a lefty with "decent" stuff.

he asked me where he was going so i told him...

ill rephrase that then, ON THE FIELD. that means i was between the foul lines playing a part in the outcome of the game.

You two seem to be baseball minds...Why Thompson??? What makes them the favorite?? I've got Langdon winning it.

I think Thompson has a lot of momentum coming into the tournament, yes they lose their catcher to an injury, but they have SO much experience at this tournament, and seeing how they didn't win the h.s. finals, i think they will be less overconfident and wont underestimate any team in this tournament, i think they will win it over langdon

I pick Thompson because they have 4-5 really good pitchers. and a great hitting team.  Having played Langdon 3 times in High school i belive Schaeffer, Flink, and Contreras can get them to the championship but dont know what they have beyond them for ptiching.

what does that 1 games stats have to do with it. but i will agree it will be a great tournament but i still see thompson winning a close game over langdon.

Langdon will also have Tanner Carpenter who is probably North Borders best pitcher. He could be an effective arm at the tournament if needed, Schaffer probably the best pitcher or atleast top three in the tournament. Contreras has plenty of experience being a part of a couple h.s. state championships. I think they can give Thompson a serious run for their money and I got my money on them.
