First of all everything you said means nothing as you do not even know who will play who...if Red River "upsets" North as you say ..North and West Fargo cross bracket so West Fargo assuming they beat Wahpeton would play Red River if they lose to South and North assuming they beat Central would play Shanleyif they lose to Devils Lake. ..get the facts straight before predicting.

Pretty sure Im good with the who would play who man.... top bracket goes Shanley vs Wahp, DL vs West... bottom bracket goes South vs Central, North vs Red River... so my stuff would add up .... theres no cross bracket crap like you say MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT

The losers of the semi-final games (played on Friday) play the winners of the loser-out games (also played on Friday). They do cross-bracket those games (played on Saturday) to determine the qualifier for state like Baseball Tonight has indicated in his predictions and baseball fan noted as well. that way you can't play the same team twice and you determine the "true" 3rd and 4th place teams.
