gathman started, frenzel hit a home run off of him in the first, after a couple of more runs i believe they brought in sunhime (sp?) then Lopez finished

That's a good question.  You have to question the coach's decision to start someone that threw 5 innings plus the day before, even if it was Gathman.  Tough way for him to go out after a great season!

yeah i know he threw alot of pitches in those 5 innings, i wonder how his arm is feeling after that :?

i was really suprised that Minot did not throw Elgie or Bollinger you would think gathman would not even be close to his usual self after pitching 5 innings the day before and bollinger i believe threw 2 innings in the semis so it was a really weird decision by Minot
