Disagree the 15 yr old level West Fargo will win again as they did the past 2 years. The 14 year old group will stay in the east again as Fargo Americans have won at 11 yr. olds, and 13 yr. olds and Grand Forks won that level at 12 yr. olds.

I think LaMoure has a shot this season. There is this kid Tyler Thielges who is an absolute stud. Has experience since 13 years of age, and hit .700 last season. Watch out.

West Fargo is hosting 15 year old regionals. Meaning an extra team from state is going to regionals. Who will it be?

It will either be fargo or bismarck. Im guessing fargo they have deeper pitching this with nick salentine playing whos a stud and tyler carrol coming back to play another 15 year old season.all fargo has to do is get past Austin Zorn and then bismarck is done.

ya fargo definately has the talent and potential. they also have some pretty good depth on the mound with the addition of two pitchers. both teams are good and maybe one might pull off an upset agains w.f. should be somethin to pay attention to this year.

i think u guys are forgetting the small town boys wahpeton they have an absolute stud in jeremy bontjes and they had i know who was out from injury and another took a summer off but this year they should have both those players back and they are definitely a threat to watch out for next year those boys can play from such a small town

o and i forgot fargo has one pitcher joe hallock he throws pretty hard for bout an inning or two then his arm gets tired so saying fargo has deep pitching is a joke

are you serious? Joe Hallock is Fargo's closer. that would explain him throwing hard for an inning or two.(exactly what you want in a closer) Fargo has at least 3 solid starting pitchers (Salentine, Beach, and Carrol) so idk how you can say thats a joke. If any of these pitchers gets into trouble they have quite a few more kids who can help out. we'll see what happens when fargo plays whapeton this year.

West Fargo may be the favorite but dont be surprised when another team beats them in state and how is he playing fargo up? This is between whapeton and fargo nothing to do with west fargo.

4.whapeton

Fargo and bismarck are pretty much equal.Fargo beat them in the bismarck tournament but Bismarck beat them in state.

fargos rotation is looking like
1.Nick Salentine
2.Tyler Caroll
3.Justin beach
4.Brady jordahl

and then grant edlund and jake hintz are solid pitchers u rely on there control for the most part

One plus is no one has realy seen Salentine pitch and he has great stuff and when u think about it most tournaments you only play three or four games and usualy your number will pitch twice so its good for now but they will defentily need a few more players to eat up some innings

I heard they might have 2 teams at the 15 and 14 year olds. I think its stupid. cause then they really won't have any pitching. any thoughts?

If they have two teams for fargo they wont be able to compete that would be a terrible idea

they should have a good 15 year old coach in Kelen Lewis who coached the 15 year olds last year. a few of the players for the 15 yearold team last year stayed down to play for Lewis again. And the tryouts are on March 8 at the metro rec.
