i just want to know who you think the best senior, junior, sophomore, and freshman are in the WDA. my list is: senior- Nick Nelson from bismarck
junior- Conrad Schwartcock or Devin Coyle from century and mandan
soph- Layne Johs from bismarck
fresh- i don't many but probably that kid from Dickinson(don't know his name)

Not a chance the Lane Johs is the best sophomore with his takling from.......I would have to say Deion Volk of Century is the best sophomore around.

Layne is better than Deon Volk, because layne will also be a dynamic runningback and will start both ways next year as a junior. with that Brett Adam is also better than Deon Volk, he is very overrated.

Layne Johs is an animal on the field.

so does Brett. and he is way more elusive! plus the only reason deon starts both ways is because century doesn't have good senior or junior wr's or cb's. but what are you thoughts on the best senior, junior and freshman?

brett adams is not that great. deion has way more talent than he does. layne johs is probably the best overall but its obvious deions better. look at the stats. i also heard that brett adams got effed up in a jv game against century by a sophmore

Freshman - Kolton Larson from Minot. He's good sized, quick, and has great ball awareness. I believe he lead Minot in tackles going into their last game.

I would disagree with Nelson being the best senior. I think Carson Wentz of Century is the top senior in the state.

Deion and Brett are very even, both have 4.7 speed, both very quick. Brett is a little more agile, but deion has a little better vertical, both have good hands, brett has only started 4 games, and has 3 interceptions. which makes him a better corner

Also brett weighs 145 and is very strong for his age and size

drew wiseman is better than both of them, and i doubt that those two have 4.7 speed

I'll agree with you here. He actually played an awesome game against Okland. He made some really good plays on the ball including a great interception. Okland did get the better of him at key moments, but I think experience has a lot to do with it only being a sophomore.

Century's coach obviously agrees that Wiseman is the better cover corner. Wiseman rotated to whatever side of the field Okland was on and Volk covered the other side. Okland had 10 receptions for 175 yards, so neither could stop him, but Wiseman definitely looked better than Volk.

I also have D Volk as best soph. He was great for Cent. this year and he's got the most talent/potential of ANYONE IN THE STATE. I look for even bigger things in the future from this superstar soph. Keep an eye out for him in track too

Michael Cherwinski(Dickinson) for Freshman
Lane Johs(Bismarck) for Sophomore.
Dexter Werner(Bismarck), Tyrell Parker(Dickinson), Conrad Schwarzkopf(Century) or Aaron Janz(Mandan) for Junior. (Very good class)
Carson Wentz(Century) for Senior

dexter werner should not be on this list. If it was a list of 20 then yes, but he does nothing special on the field that makes him one of the best

i agree with fightingsioux he doesnt have amazing stats and doesnt stand out on the field. tyrell parker hasnt proved anything to me yet idk ive only seen him play once. Janz IMO is the best junior. is there a website for football stats if so please linkk.
