I think Mandan's Mark Zinke is one of the best around. As a junior this year he had 3 touchdowns in the big homecoming game against Fargo North. I can see him going somewhere after high school.

Mark Zinke is ahead of Bruce Govig in the top 10 receiving list, and hes only a junior.

like i previously said he rarely plays tight end, if he wasnt a full back im positive he would double zinke's yardage plus bruce's team can make the playoffs

he still gets the ball more than zinke does. he has more catches but zinke has more yards

do you really think all of his passes have come when he was lined up at tight end? he gets most of his passes in the flats when he is lined up in full back

the fact of the matter is that govig would probably be the better tight end but he rarely lines up at tight end so therefor his actual position is full back so he shouldn't be regarded as a tight end... its like jim kleinsasser used to be for the vikings... he sometimes lined up in the backfeild as a full back but is position was always tight end

I would have to say Alex Nelson from minot is a pretty good tight end, fast and tall and good on blocks, the only reason you probably havent heard of him is because Minot only passes the ball about 5 times a game
