LIVE WEBCASTS of MINOT FOOTBALL

We have been webcasting each and every game of Minot High's football season thus far and I encourage each and every football fan to tune in to watch the games on the web LIVE. Also, I will record games on the site so you can view them at a later time.

This is the link to the site: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/hockey-night-on-bsn

NOTE: We did have a few video issues with last Friday's webcast of the Red River game, but I will re-stream it so it can be viewed.

Also, I could use all the feedback I can get as this is basically an individual operation that I put together with my own money so I'm always looking for ideas or suggestions.

Thanks
Brent Borkhuis

Yes. Last year I did hockey, which you should be able to find a few videos on that site. I am working with our AD on possibly expanding to hockey, basketball, volleyball (may test a few this fall yet), wrestling, and come spring take a look at baseball, select track events, and whatever else is MANAGEABLE. Biggest thing with sports webcasting is having time for self as well as work/play.

I anticipate that we will webcast all away games as well, and this should excite yourself as we are just 2 weeks from MHS @ BHS.

Thanks for the feedback!

I have the graphics and what-not built ahead of time and the actual time of set up to tear down of all equipment is 5 1/2 hours (with game included). It takes enormous personal time but I want to see this develop across the state where each team is responsible for webcasting home games. They already exchange film, so why not bring it to those who can't make the games, like Grandpa and Grandma who might live in AZ??!!

Thanks for the continued feedback.
