Beach leads North Star 22 to 0 at the half. Maus had two of the TDs and Tescher had the other one.

Yup, that was their glaring weakness---their running game. Their passing game was just a regular weakness.

Beach - score was 28-20 after the first quarter. No one scored again til NR-S did with less than 5 minutes left in the game. Big 2-point conversion stop by Hankinson, failed onside by NR-S. Exciting finish.

No he did not. He's missed the Central Valley and Ellendale games with a knee injury. From what i heard it is a strained MCL. i've heard he probably will play at Thompson.

The strained knee ligaments came on a face mask penalty. A defender pulled him down all the way to the ground by the facemask and his knee got twisted. It wasn't a dirty play, but it was perfect evidence of why you have to let go of the face mask immediately.
