Fargo Moorhead Liberty (semi-pro football)

I see John Bessette from Richland, who is a senior in high school, is on the roster. I am not positive, but wouldn't this make him inelgible for college football?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Liberty players are not getting paid and I think they provide their own equipment. So as far as I know there is no compensation other than getting to play football in front of fans, scouts and recruiters.
