He put up nearly 400 rushing yards against North Border (395yrds.) in the Alreus. DP couldn't stop him either. I truly believe that if Lakota - even though they didn't have any timeouts left - would have ran Johanssen on that last drive - that he would broke another long run. It's going to be fun to watch this game.

I think Lakota's defense is better suited to stop the run. They struggled to gaurd the pass against North Border and Dakota Prairie. NOT SAYING THEY CAN STOP HILLSBORO. I am just saying their defense is better at stopping the run then pass.
Also is Smeldent hurt? Or playing? Anyone know what happen to him? I was pretty impressed with him a couple times i seen him play this year. He doesn't get any credit.
If he can't play, that puts Grothmann's younger brother in the backfield right?

Either way, they both have Andrew Grothmann to run behind. Plus a line that doesn't get the credit they deserve. That line isn't the biggest, it isn't the fastest, it isn't the strongest, but together they make a great line and boy, do they have good technique and they are well coached.

I think we are forgetting the fact the Hillsboro's quarterback is a much better rushing threat. Meyer is an awesome option quarterback.
