2006 ND 9-Man Playoff Results - A Look Back ...

I thought it might be fun to breakdown last year's playoffs results now that we are only three weeks from this year's playoffs.  Interesting to see that home teams went 11-3 throughout the playoffs.  Only Lakota (twice) and Napoleon-G-S won on the road in last year's playoffs ... ALL other wins were by the home team.  And it goes to show what exactly polls mean come playoff time ... two teams that didn't even receive votes in the final NDSSA 9-Man poll made it to the semi-finals (Lakota and Turtle Lake-Mercer) with TLM going to the Championship.
