15 of the 50 Nine-man teams left in the state are still undefeated going into Week # 3.  There will be 12 or less teams after next week due to three games this week featuring undefeated teams. 

1. Hankinson vs. Hope-Page-F-S

2. North Central Benson vs. St. John

3. Divide County vs. Berthold-Our Redeemer's

Watch for fireworks in Crosby this Friday as Divide County hosts Berthold-Our Redeemer's.  There are 106 football teams in the 4 classes of football in North Dakota.  This game will feature the 2nd and 3rd top scoring teams in the state in any class.  Berthold-Our Redeemer's (2nd) is averaging 52.7 points per game, and Divide County (3rd) is averaging 46.0 points per game.  Lakota, by the way, is the top scoring team ... averaging 58 points per game.

There will be no fireworks from Berthold when they go to play Divide County. Divide got embarrased by Berthold last year. They did win, but the score was 50-40. They have been thinking alot about that in the last year and will not let it happen again.
