How severe were these 2 injuries? Bad enough to keep them out of winter sports?

If my addition is right Eli Luna has 2284 all purpose yards and kicked 21 extra points. A wonderful athlete and great young man.

Proznik was tackled by two W/L players on the sideline during an end around and stretched ligaments in his shoulder. He was not able to raise his hand past his waist without pain. Tried for another series on Defense and worsened the condition on a tackle up the middle. Coaches replaced him with a more mobile player for remainder of of game. Injury should heal in several weeks with help of ice/ pain killers and completing strengthening excercises.
