I was told the running backs from Napoleon and Lakota are cousins.

Does anyone have any info on Lakota??? They kind of came out of nowhere to end up in the semis.  Do they have a shot against Napoleon?? Obviously if they've beaten #1 North Central Benson, and #1 Central Valley they must be doing something right.

Very good running offense and defense. Poor passing offense and defense. Big up front, good strong running backs.

From what I have seen and heard, they both more or less line up and say stop us. Talking to a few coaches from up north, Lakota has some size, especially the interior three lineman and doesn't air it out much unless necessary. Napoleon is good sized but may have a few more weapons which could help spread the field.  It should take a person back 20 years when they watch this one. should be a doozy.

Thats a big "IF" playing against a team that can stop the run. CV didnt have as much size up front or at LB, I would say Napoleon will definetely match up better in the box.

Lakota has a chance but they play a different type game than towns like Napoleon, Linton,Edgeley. Teams from the northeast have trouble matching their intensity and desire.  They better be ready to be hit for all four quarters.  I'll take Napoleon in what should be a good game.

Remember, 5 of the last 6 state champs have come out of the German-Russian triangle!!!

i think that napoleons defense matches up better agianst Lakotas offense and napoleons offense has rolled all year long so im going to take napoleon in this one

im pullin for the underdogs in the semis. im takin tlm over dc and lakota over napolean. these two teams seem to have everything to gain and nothing to loose.

I really dont see TLM as an underdog. They just beat the #1 ranked team in the state. I think they proved something right there that they are at the top. There are no underdogs anymore, theres only 4 teams left.

Should be a good game,  I think Napoleon will just be to much for Lakota.  Look for Dewald to have another big week probly around 200 yards.

McCleary got hurt when it was 14-8 first quarter but Napoleon kept coming and dominated. Napoleons O line really stepped up and controlled the game on offense great season for Lakota but in the end Napoleon was in control
