I just checked the Stanley website...They have SPL and Garrison/Max on Friday night. I am checking into it with teammmembers and will let you know if there was a change.

k well...if its Friday night plz re-post in ALL CAPS so that people know in case they are planning on going to it. According to Garrison's school page it states Thursday, September 1st and since they are the home team I'll go with that until otherwise noted.

Southern McLean got spanked by Heart River. HR is a very good team, but the score wasn't indicative of the real game. It was 14 - 6 at halftime and 3 fumbles and a botched kickoff later it was 42-6. Southern McLean passed well, but couldn't do much on the ground. They had 3 or 4 trips to the red zone and couldn't score. Then in the 4th when Southern McLean had surrendered and had all their 100lb freshmen in Coach Henderson from HR rammed it down their throats a couple more times before subbing in. I know he may have been trying to prove a point, but I thought it a classless move. Jordan Strecker from HR is a beast. My hats off to him. At the end he knew he was going against the "little guys" and played about half speed.
