Posted: Tue Aug 22, 2006 7:12 pmNorth Border beat Cavalier 13-6. Carpenter to Mike Smith for two touchdowns tonight one going for 69 and another for like 20 yards. Cavalier didn't score until like five minutes in the game. They didn't get their FIRST, first down tell the last play of the THIRD quarter. Neither teams were overly impressive but Tanner Carpenter looked pretty good and Mike Smith a 6'4 could be pretty good tandem both teams pretty young and will have their highs and lows this season.
