new salem ended flashers chance for post season play...unless they can somehow beat watford city and Hazen....with a 20 to 12 win on the road. word is there was an obscene differential in penalties and a flasher coaching staff trying to get one of new salems all-state players ejected from the game and then wouldn't shake hands with some of the players after the game(the play was a pancake block where he continued to keep the player down on the turf).......one thing about kleinjans teams is that you NEVER see them whistled for a dirty play...they play clean....for an opposing coach to yell direct comments to one of the best classy/athletes in the region and then not shake hands is pretty sad. It will be ok for this athlete, he is a big boy, and has a solid head on his shoulders. But he definitely has earned A LOT more respect than this coach gave him.
