New Salem 32 DLB 15
DLB scored pretty soon in the first quarter and again in the 2nd. It was a 16 to 15 game at half. NS ground and pound routine controlled the clock and went ahead 32 to 15 with not much time left in the game. DLB was improved from last year and NS does have some good players in their "skilled" positions. The area of concern will be the hogs up front. NS lost some big boy's from last year. But overall, could be a pleasant surprise for the Holsteins this year. Their conference is not going to be easy though.

Griggs Barnes County(GBC) titans beat Larimore 20-15. Tucker Bartlett had 18 carries for 234 yards(unofficially)
