i think that it will be between Harvey and Velva for the west again, its going to be a interesting year in 09. Harvey sounds like its going to be a young team because they lost alot of kids and velva did also. Also look for new salem, they have been sneaking up on many teams for the past few years

What about Watford City and Hazen?? They were pretty strong teams in AA...

Hazen and watford city will be pretty good from what i hear watford city returns players that played or can fill the spots and hazen will be without chad marshal but i think they will be pretty good. As far as the others i think it will also be between harvey and velva they have both had excellent programs in the past and have won the championship for like the last 8 years!

for more than 10 years only three teams have won the dakota bowl and that is Velva Harvey and Stanley. maybe this is the year that a diffent team will take it.
