The teams in Class A

recruiting

Postby UND9296 » Mon Dec 15, 2008 1:18 pm

I understand Ryan Drevlow visited UND this past weekend. Any other college visits taken or scheduled to be taken by A players?

Drevlow has visited UND and NDSU, holds and offer from both of them and will be deciding between the two soon.

Purintun sign anywhere? Is there any interest in him from big colleges anyway? Haven't heard anything.

I think Hager from Larimore has visted a couple NSIC schools like BSU and MSUM and is taking visits to UND and NDSU this month

Gwinner. yes he is very good. Big kid (6'5" 240) strong (300 plus bench, 600 Squat, 250 plus power clean) and fast (4.7 40) the forum article will give you his hs stats which would be higher had he not played LB his junior year

Freshman year he started at Center

Sophmore and Junior Year he was a TE

Senior year he was moved back to OL, tackle I believe, due to a team need for Offensive Linemen

are you sure he is doing 600 squat cuz that is a long ways down for a six five guy to go with 600 pounds on his shoulders

I believe he has given a verbal commitment to sign a letter of intent to play there. It's not legally binding or anything, players have changed their minds. However when a player gives a formal verbal commitment, most other colleges discontinue their recruiting efforts for them.

from what i've heard he's either going to NDSU or UND, but hasn't made a decision yet.. If he decides to go to NDSU, think of the recruiting class they had this year from ND.. Drevlow, Jemison, Grothman, and Hager.

2 great pickups from the Class A ranks for Minot State! I can't wait to see Weidler in 2 or 3 years, i have a feeling he will be a very good NAIA player, along with Bartz.

Does anyone out there know what kind of stats the following players had in high school?
Austin Vetter ~ Bishop Ryan
Landon Smith ~ Dix Trinity
Keith Bechman ~ Belfield
Jordan Vadnais ~ Fargo South
Austin Richard ~ Fargo South
Michael Arndt ~ LaMoure
Matt Anderson ~ Cavalier
Luke Senger ~ Bismarck
Lee Vandal ~ Rolla
Josh Horner ~ Fargo South
Drew Hushka ~ Shanley
Brock Gion ~ Regent?
These are the current local players (may be spelling errors on the last names) on the NDSU roster for next year. Just wondering how you would compare them with players for the upcoming football season? Thanks. :D
