Minot State and Dickinson State play there at 1:30pm, before the Velva/Harvey game. Hopefully the field looks better tomorrow than it does today.

They had covered the field with tarps in precaution to the storm coming through the area

They did not cover the field with tarps. MSU football players were shoveling the field today in preperation for their game tomorrow with DSU. The field looked like it should be playable.

I've never heard of tarping a football field. Does that happen? I'm just thinking how diffucult it would be to remove a tarp that has a foot of snow on top of it.
