I watched Linton play today against Park River/F-L, and their play action pass is awesome! As a player, I always hated to stand on the same sidelines as Linton (linton's homefield), which not cool!
Lisbon beat Linton once before, if they know how to read Puritan, and contain him, Lisbon will win for sure.

i agree...i hated bein on those sidelines too, and it will be a good game. very close throughout the whole game, i'm gonna have to go with linton and the whole tradition at that field. so linton 14-7

I would think that Linton would be a slight favorite since it's at home, but didn't Lisbon beat Milnor and May-Port on the road already during the play-offs? That tells me that they have the confidence to do it again, although this time it might be a bit tougher. No matter the outcome, it should be an exciting game for all of those involved.

I predict linton winning this one but not by much. As i've said before linton wont want to lose to lisbon for the 4th straight time especially to go to state again.

its gonna be a rematch of the 2006 game linton vs velva in the state championship

Unfortunately I think Lisbon will win this one again beacuase weather will play a factor in the Linton passing game. Linton is a team that can find a way to win though so I won't be suprised by the outcome no matter what it is.

I will be part of the minority here and say that Lisbon has beat Linton 3 times in the past 2 years and isn't about to lose to them now. Lisbon has Purintan's number. He can never seem to play his game against them. In the semis last year, Lisbon picked him three or four times I believe. I'm not going to say Lisbon is going to blow them away. I think the Broncos will win in yet another close game, single digits for sure.
