With the exception of travel time for teams I would like to see some east vs. west regular season games to see how teams stack up against each other.

I agree with the idea of east vs west during the regular season. I don't see any reason why they couldn't use a neutral site like Bismarck. I know they do something very similar to that in 9-man. It would make this question a little easier. Anyway I think for sure that Velva needs to be included in the top two. After that Harvey Linton and Lisbon all need to considered.
